Pujya Bade Pitaji, Pujya Pitaji and Pujya Maaji inaugurated Shree Ram Sharnam Sewa Sadan on 23rd July 2013 with the objective of humanitarian Service. Shree Ram Sharnam Sewa Sadan provides boarding and lodging to the care takers of patients at Dayanand Medical College and Hospital (DMC), Ludhiana.

Family members and care takers of patients are provided with comfortable place to stay, clean and hygienic toilets and showers, nutritious and whole some home-made style meals for three times a day. With more than 125 beds, elevators for easy access to the facilities, clean linen, dining area, air-conditioning and a dedicated team of staff, the institute provides the service to all sections of the society in their time of need. The top floor has a Prayer Room (Jaap Hall) where the Akhand Jaap was initiated by revered Gurujans and is accessible to everyone.
